Thomson Reuters – Electrical upgrade

The scope of work broken down into three phases included:

Electrical

Included the supply and installing of the following:

• Containment Systems- 3 compartment containment face fixed to the wall for data and power around the perimeter of office, high-level trunking for data, security, fire alarm, and power.
• General services 
• Commando Power Socket for Comms room 
• New 3 phase Distribution Board
• Power supplies for external condenser units.
• Spur Outlet for AC (Internal)
• All Data cabling 

Lighting Installation

• Supply and Install LED Lighting to all areas
• Full re-wiring of the existing lighting
• Supply and Installation of light switches, dimmer switches and presence detectors throughout

Safety system works

• Supply and Install new fire alarm system with a new panel, smoke/heat detectors, sounders and break glass units inclusive of void detection to suit the new layout
• Supply and Install of emergency lighting.

All work was carried out by our team here at Waveguide to meet clients' requirements in less than 4 weeks.
