Waveguide has issued the following advise to on site teams, in order to reduce the spread of Covid 19 in order to maintain a safe and heathly work environment for all
- Avoid public transport and car pooling where possible when travelling to and from site. If car pooling is necessary, limit to a driver and one back seat passenger
- If possible PPE should be stored in your boot and applied before entering the site
- Always maintain a 2m distance when accessing and leaving the site
- Wash your hands thoroughly throughout the day using onsite facilities
- Especially before and after eating
- After using the bathroom
- And after coughing or sneezing
- Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or your sleeve when you cough or sneeze

It’s important to avoid congregating and to always maintain 2m distance , especially when:
- in brief meetings
- collecting equipment and tools
- working on MEWP’s or ladders
- in the canteen
- in the bathroom
- It’s also important to avoid sharing items with your colleagues unless absolutely necessary
- Remember to clean your own personal tools everyday using antibacterial spray and blue roll
- Wear disposable gloves to clean equipment with antibacterial spray and blue roll before and after use
